• Context Retrieval: The agent automatically gathers relevant details from your active LegalProject workspace (client profiles, jurisdictions, and standard playbooks).
• Drafting Generation: The agent drafts the contract clause-by-clause, ensuring the tone, legal terms, and protective clauses are customized to the transaction.
• Iterative Customization: You can ask the agent to rewrite sections, add specific provisions, or adjust commercial terms on the fly (e.g., "Make the indemnity reciprocal"), and the agent will dynamically modify the document.

Seamless Word & Google Docs Integrations

For complex redlining or negotiations with external counterparties, you can transition your document into standard office suites directly from the editor's header buttons:

• Edit in Word: Opens the contract in Microsoft Word Online, allowing you to use advanced track changes, comments, and standard corporate layouts.
• Edit in Google Docs: Opens the document in Google Docs to facilitate real-time, multi-user co-authoring and negotiation.
• Automatic Syncing: All edits made in Word or Google Docs sync back to your LegalProject workspace. You can re-run playbook validation on the updated draft at any time.

Standard Workflow: Risk Neutralization and Finalization

1. Import or Generate: Upload an incoming draft contract to the Contracts tab, import it from Google Drive, or instruct the agent to dynamically generate a new agreement based on your project parameters.
2. Select Playbook: Open the document and choose the target playbook from the control panel to define the compliance rules.
3. Inspect Risks: Scroll through the highlighted clauses or click the risk counts in the bottom summary bar to jump directly to flagged, non-compliant lines.
4. Edit Inline: Edit the text directly in the document editor or apply the recommended fallback provisions. Watch the highlights disappear as you resolve deviations.
5. Collaborate Externally: Click Edit in Word or Edit in Google Docs to open the contract in your preferred office application to resolve redlines with counterparties.
6. Approve and Export: Once all critical deviations are resolved and the draft conforms to your playbook standards, click the green Approve button to lock the document. Click Export Word to download the clean .docx file or save it back to Google Drive/OneDrive.
